test:chunks / test:semantic / test:noise / test:task-filtering point to missing files #76
Description
Four scripts in package.json run files that do not exist — neither in the fork nor upstream:

CLAUDE.md and .claude/rules/testing.md still recommend running them after changes to chunk building / parsing, so a contributor (or an agent) following the docs gets a failure instead of a check.
Что сделать
Для каждого скрипта одно из двух:
- Перенаправить на существующие vitest-тесты соответствующей области (
vitest run <path>— напр. ChunkBuilder-тесты вtest/main/services/analysis/), или - Удалить скрипт и его упоминания из
CLAUDE.mdи.claude/rules/testing.md.
Acceptance
- Каждый
test:*скрипт изpackage.jsonзапускается успешно, либо удалён -
CLAUDE.mdиtesting.mdссылаются только на работающие команды
