Apply parser fix locally, drop priceFamily stopgap (carried in fork)

Part of #2 (fork takeover — upstream dormant since 2026-05). The parser fix currently lives only as upstream PR matt1398#235 and a local stopgap (priceFamily() regex in src/cli/analyzeSession.ts). Since the fork now carries the fix, make it real:

1. git cherry-pick 9d7bea7 (fix(parser): parse short model ids without date suffix — branch fix/parse-short-model-ids) into main.
2. Remove the priceFamily() stopgap from src/cli/analyzeSession.ts — call parseModelString directly (the deleted guard makes short ids parse natively now).
3. Close upstream PR #235 with a "fix carried in fork (upstream dormant)" comment; keep the branch for reference.

Acceptance

• pnpm typecheck && pnpm test green
• pnpm analyze:session on the August session still prints est. cost: $2.39 (sonnet pricing via native parse)
• No priceFamily references left; upstream PR fix(parser): parse short model ids without date suffix matt1398/claude-devtools#235 closed with comment
