…ration - Introduced a new script `tools/docker/seed-admin-env.sh` to seed ADMIN_STAKEHOLDER_NAME and ADMIN_STAKEHOLDER_EMAIL in the .env file from the host's git config. - Updated `compose.yaml` to include the new environment variables for the bootstrap stakeholder identity, ensuring they are passed to the spoolstore container. - The seeding script is idempotent and ensures that existing bootstrap stakeholders are not overwritten.
