docs: the quickstart and attestation check name the v0.3.0 image - #74

v0.3.0 is published (ghcr.io/askalf/cordon:v0.3.0, v0.3, latest), public to an anonymous pull, and its SLSA provenance verifies with `gh attestation verify`. The README quickstart and docs/deploy.md still named v0.2.0, which does not redact the Responses API.

v0.3.0 is out:

The README quickstart anddocs/deploy.mdstill named v0.2.0, which does not redact the Responses API. This changes two lines, no code.
