Verdict: approve. Bumps the pinned askalf/askalf reusable review workflow and the matching redline-ref input from c9cb545 to 7c9db26, both as full 40-character SHAs that agree with each other. Triggers, permissions, the same-repo/non-draft gate, and the runner label are untouched, so the only thing this changes is which reviewed upstream commit runs the check.

Moves the Redline caller to askalf/askalf main at 7c9db26 (askalf/askalf#76): on models that reject a forced tool_choice (Fable 5.1 and later), the review's final turn asks for the submit call instead of forcing it, so a long review no longer ends in an upstream 400. The
uses:sha andredline-refstay identical.
