Verdict: approve. Bumps the pinned reusable workflow and the matching redline-ref input to the same new full-length commit of askalf/askalf, keeping the two in lockstep. The caller's read-only permissions, same-repo and non-draft gate, and pull_request trigger are unchanged, so the bump reaches this repo only through this reviewed pin as the comment intends.

Moves the Redline caller to askalf/askalf main at c9cb545 (askalf/askalf#74): the review job now also writes its verdict as a
redline-verdictartifact, and posts the review itself only while a reviewer token is configured on the runner host. Theuses:sha andredline-refstay identical.
