Add container deployment, CI, and integration guidance

Context

PR #86 is already merged into main. PR #87 was accidentally merged into the already-merged feature branch, so its deployment commit did not reach main. This follow-up contains only those deployment and documentation changes, replayed directly onto current main.

Summary

• Add a non-root CPU-only Docker image and hardened Compose deployment with private Redis, resource limits, health checks, and bounded WebSocket settings.
• Add Python, documentation, and container smoke checks to CI.
• Document HTTPS deployment, credential rotation, quotas, privacy/data flow, and Discord/Chrome-extension integration.
• Update documentation to use /text and correct response types.
• Upgrade Astro/sharp and affected transitive dependencies; npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities.
• Add repository guidance in AGENTS.md.

Verification

The identical deployment commit passed all checks in #87: Python, docs, container smoke checks, and Vercel previews. Local verification also passed Docker Compose health, real Redis HTTP/WebSocket quota behavior, and real FFmpeg decoding. Live DeepSeek/Whisper acceptance and host benchmarking remain deployment-time checks.
