The runtime image inherited fixable HIGH vulnerabilities from nginx:alpine, and two additional PR checks failed: the bundle archive used 1/merge as part of its filename, and Cargo.lock pinned quinn-proto 0.11.16 with five RustSec advisories.

  • Apply available Alpine package updates in the runtime image before scanning and publishing.
  • Replace unsafe ref-name characters in bundle filenames so PR refs and branch names containing slashes produce valid archive paths.
  • Update quinn-proto to 0.11.18, which fixes all five reported advisories.

Validation: workflow syntax passed actionlint; the actual archive step passed local checks for PR refs, slash-containing branches, main, version tags, and the local fallback; cargo audit passed with the existing RUSTSEC-2023-0071 exception. GitHub Actions passed the full WASM bundle/SBOM workflow, cargo check/test/clippy, cargo audit, cargo deny, Playwright, Lighthouse, and image builds/scans for both amd64 and arm64.
