Summary

Docs-only: update the README「状态」(Status) section to reflect the implemented backend (now v0.3.0). It previously only listed P0-A and said "P0 后续（网关路由 / 用量追踪）进行中" — stale since P0-B/C and P1 have all landed:

• ✅ P0-A (v0.2.0): backend skeleton + TOML config validation + SQLite (migration v3, demo/admin seed) + argon2 auth + API keys
• ✅ P0-B (v0.2.1): gateway (OpenAI Chat Completions + Anthropic Messages) + routing failover (sticky/health cooldown/3-switch cap) + metering ledger (90/10 share, transactional settle)
• ✅ P0-C (v0.2.2): SSE streaming (usage metering, no-settle on disconnect) + upstream key AES-256-GCM encryption + sharing/wallet/transactions API
• ✅ P1 (v0.3.0): points rules — daily gift (10-day window, same-day expiry) + gift-first deduction (earliest expiry) + admin top-up API (role=admin)
• Full endpoint list (auth / api-keys / gateway dual protocol / models / sharings / wallet / transactions / dashboard / admin)
• Seed accounts incl. admin; healthz version → v0.3.0
