feat(ui): full-width API Key table on settings page - #36

The API Key card shared narrow card-grid columns with Account / Notifications / Preferences, squeezing the table columns. Move the API Key card out of the settings grid into its own full-width container (.api-key-card, width 100%) above the remaining cards; add white-space: nowrap on its table cells with horizontal scroll (table-wrap) so columns keep readable width. Account / Notifications / Preferences stay in the multi-column grid. Functionality (search / generate / rename / delete / copy) unchanged. Refs: rant 2026-08-17T11:01:02 (设置页 API Key 独占整行（全宽）)

Summary
Give the Settings page's API Key table its own full-width row instead of sharing narrow card-grid columns with Account / Notifications / Preferences (which squeezed the table columns together).
