• P0 cache-billing fix (passthrough path) — UsageCapture::finish() in src/gateway.rs (same-protocol passthrough, e.g. openai→openai) still passed full prompt_tokens as input (cache-hit included) and only recognized OpenAI's cached spelling; DeepSeek responses double-counted cached tokens into the total (~2×).
