• 身份: 平台运营者 = 宿主本人（deployer / owner of this deployment）.
• 两项职责:
  1. 查看平台运行情况 — view platform running overview: online status, user count, shared key count, transaction volume, point flow (运行状态 / 数据概览).
  2. 给指定用户充值点数 — top up points for a specific user (locate by username/email, enter amount, confirm → permanent points added + transaction record; e.g. customer-service compensation, event grants).
