Summary

Release v0.7.10 — bundles the two merged fixes since v0.7.9:

1. 70MB request body limit (feat(proxy): raise request body limit to 70MB for long LLM contexts #127, rant 2026-08-22T23:20:00) — RequestBodyLimitLayer::new(70 * 1024 * 1024) for long LLM contexts / large image base64.
2. P0 cache-billing fix (fix(gateway): DeepSeek cache-hit tokens billing + disjoint input (rant 2026-08-23T08:20:38) #128, rant 2026-08-23T08:20:38) — DeepSeek prompt_cache_hit_tokens extraction (3-spelling priority) + disjoint input at all 6 record_usage sites.
