The argos-upload skill said a video's Markdown embed is correct the moment the upload finishes, because the CDN derives the poster frame on request. On 2026-10-29 ImageKit answered two posters with a `202` HTML page for more than a quarter of an hour, and the embed rendered as a broken image in the pull request. Argos now gives a video a plain link to its share page until the poster is ready (argos-ci/argos#2716), and rebuilds its own pull request comment once it is. Say so, and point at `argos media get` for anyone pasting the Markdown by hand. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…exists Argos now serves a video's poster through its own endpoint while the image CDN is still extracting the frame (argos-ci/argos#2716): the Markdown is final at upload, and its picture is a placeholder until the frame exists. Replaces the previous wording, written for a plain-link fallback that was dropped in favour of this. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The
argos-uploadskill said a video's Markdown embed is correct the moment the upload finishes, because the CDN derives the poster frame on request. That doesn't hold when the CDN is slow. On 2026-10-29 ImageKit answered two videos' posters with a202HTML page for 14+ minutes, and the pull request embed showed a broken image. With argos-ci/argos#2716, a video's poster is served through Argos until ImageKit has the frame: the embed shows a placeholder, then the frame by itself. The Markdown is still final at upload. This updates the skill to say so, in two places:
Merge after argos-ci/argos#2716 is deployed, since the text describes that behaviour.
