The MCP backlog still lists KMS key pinning, S3 persistence, repository provisioning, and the initial deployed Grafana test as unfinished despite recorded deployment results. Mark those historical milestones complete and keep the dates and status explanation directly in docs/TODO.md.
Keep the full current architecture acceptance run open because it includes later independent Logger requirements. Preserve the historical 36/50 benchmark caveat and all unrelated backlog items.
