Adds boolean-returning
flutter:isVisible,flutter:isNotVisible,flutter:isAbsent, andflutter:isTappablecommands alongside the existing assertion commands so callers can check whether a widget is present, absent, or tappable within a timeout and receivetrueorfalseinstead of catching a thrown exception. Also allows W3C/JSONWP serialized element objects ingetFinderBase64.Fixes #703
