Fix

• Parse public Instagram profile data from the current page preload when the older web_profile_info request is absent.
• Fail extraction when neither profile nor post data is available, instead of returning an empty successful payload.
• Migrate the published template handler to version 1.0.1 for PostgreSQL and SQLite.

• Template handler tests: profile preload and empty-result failure
• Template validator and typecheck
• SQLite migration history and source-preservation checks
