Adds the SDK's minimum runtime to .anvil/metadata.yml, so the marketing site's SDK .md pages can state it. It matches requires-python = ">=3.10,<3.16" in pyproject.toml.

Related to anvilco/marketing-site#3803, which reads the new requirements field and shows it in each page's Quick reference, next to the version from this repo's latest GitHub release. Merging this first is safe: the site ignores fields it doesn't know yet.

How to verify

  • .anvil/metadata.yml has Python 3.10 to 3.15 as its requirements, and nothing else changed
  • Once anvilco/marketing-site#3803 is merged and the site rebuilds, this SDK's .md pages show it on the Version line

When this SDK's minimum runtime changes, update this line along with the manifest.

Adds a `requirements` phrase to .anvil/metadata.yml, matching requires-python = ">=3.10,<3.16" in pyproject.toml.
The marketing site's SDK .md pages state it in their quick reference,
next to the version from the latest GitHub release.
