foreach loop variable is not released when breaking from the loop

With a foreach loop of the form:

foreach( TestBreakValue@ v : q )
{
    break;
}

It seems that the loop variable v does not get a call to Release.

I wrote a failing test for this: atoft@54621d9
I was a little uncertain whether it's correct to use @+ as I do in the test, but I think it's valid?
