Sorry, appreciate the contribution, but I probably used wrong wording - by 'apply' I meant 'interpret', not 'change'.

I place all my code under PD/CC0, but if terms of other licenses work better for you, you're free to follow the terms of those licenses. Does that work for you?

We need LICENSE-MIT, LICENSE-CC0 files and a symlink to one of them with the name LICENSE at toplevel of this repository.

I see. Would referencing your fork be sufficient for that.

It would be nice if this PR was simply merged after all contributors approved this PR.
If this should be really CC0, close this and add LICENSE file which contains copy of CC0

@animetosho Thank you, this removes the unnecessary ambiguity. Just for the record, it would have been preferable to obtain consent from the other contributors as well, but given that their contributions are all trivial, I think this is reasonable.
