A PR based on a branch other than the default saved a ~1 GB pnpm store that only its own reruns can read, which evicted shared entries. These PRs still restore and install; pushes, releases, and default-base PRs save as before. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…gdotgg#31941) Release and macOS preview bundle jobs can check out a ref from before build:desktop:bundle existed. Those refs now install libsecret and run build:desktop as before. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings the fork up to upstream
23bdb9ef1c(34 commits since291bcc392c; upstream checks green on that sha). No new migrations.Notable upstream changes
bin.tsis now a tiny launcher and the CLI dispatch moved tobinMain.ts.Conflict resolutions (3 files)
guardStderrruns first in the launcher and covers every path.__spawn-hoststays in the launcher because it is long-lived and uses only Node built-ins; going through binMain would load the whole CLI in the single-executable build. The fork's other fast paths (__document-text,__managed-chatgpt-token, ACP MCP bridge/call,fork-exec) dispatch frombinMain.tsbeside upstream's__speech-worker, afterignoreMacosTypeOfServiceEinval. That macOS socket guard no longer runs before the spawn host, which makes no outbound connections.build:desktop:bundleplus the fork'sbuild:t3-runtime-artifact.Verification
vp run typecheck: server, contracts, client-runtime, web, mobile, desktop clean.node dist/bin.mjs --versionruns;fork-execloads withoutbinCli, and__spawn-hostloads only its own chunk and the stderr guard.build-runtime-artifact.tscopies all ofdist, so the new chunks ship.invocation.test.tscomparing/varagainst/private/var, a macOS temp-path quirk in a file this PR doesn't change.vp linton all fork-changed TS files,vp run knip:check. Not verified
