…ingdotgg#31815) Keep deferred settlement requests through automatic follow-up turns and retry from persisted run events, including replayed rejected commands. Preserve failed follow-ups and new user input, and guard settlement against newer runs. Validated with 173 focused tests through check:changed, all CI checks on e1a41f6, and resolved agentic reviews. Model: GPT 6.1 Sol. Harness: Codex in T3 Code.

…gg#31842) Combine the ten runtime recovery collections into one SQLite statement, leaving the initial thread lookup separate. Preserve collection filters, ordering, decoding and ordered reconciliation after prior commits. Extend startup/shutdown idempotency coverage and guard against full message and run history scans. Synthetic stress measurements show fewer database requests; overall desktop quit latency remains unmeasured. Implemented with GPT 6.1 Sol through the Codex harness in T3 Code.

Thread transfer impact✅ Thread transfer remains within every enforced ceiling.
Baseline: Scenario and decoded snapshot size10 historical turns, 5 command tools per turn, 878.9 KiB retained MCP result per historical turn, and a 1.05 MiB retained result in the measured turn.
Updated in place by a trusted workflow. PR artifacts are strictly validated and never executed. |

Brings the fork up to upstream

targetand upstream'sthreadMode. A cloud-target task can only usenew_thread: its chat lives on the cloud machine, so this server has no thread to keep between runs. The server refuses cloud +continue/fresh_session(or a bound thread) with the existing "must start a new chat" message, and the web and mobile editors hide those combinations (scheduledTaskDestinationRuleson web,cloudTargetAllowed/threadModeForTargeton mobile, each with a focused test).recoveryTurnItems,INDEXED BY).initialSettingswatcher is passed from the fork'slayerWithDrivers.withOutputWindowrename and__speech-workercommand, alongside the fork's Home/Fleet services andfork-exec.authoritativeOmissionkey replaces the per-session ref; the fork'sfollowHostChattakes it.layout/workspace/; the fork'suseNewThreadNavigationand cloud machine status stay wired, and the server-controls screen keeps the fork's Approvals section.package.json/knip.jsonc: upstream's split knip passes plus the fork'scase:checkand ignored deps; lockfile regenerated from upstream's.Merge-caused fixes outside conflicts:
