The `.crayons-hover-tooltip` pseudo-element was always rendered (just at ~0 opacity) with `width: max-content`. On articles with an AI disclosure tag in the header, the long tooltip extended past the viewport on mobile, widening the layout viewport and stretching fixed elements like the top header. Render the tooltip only on hover and use a keyframe animation to keep the fade-in, since transitions don't run when an element is first displayed.
