Completed disposable predictive validation for OI-FINITE-PROTOCOL-1. Closing without merging after governed adoption #812 landed at main commit 2954989.
Preserved tested design head: 1998542. Design run 38227812539 succeeded with fourteen standard named reports, a passing release gate and 44 existing receipts holding. The newly prospective one-run design budget is consumed and unchanged.
This run remains design evidence. The governed adoption records its separate exact-head workflow_dispatch attestations and owner F/E designations in receipt Q 33abfb4. The measured branch and historical evidence are retained.
