Adds pendingTerminalIds to the dock widget: a failed or killed process stays visible by name until the next process starts, then folds into the new `! N failed` / `■ N killed` summary tokens, mirroring `✓ N done`. The set holds only non-folded ids and is pruned when processes leave the registry, so it stays small over long sessions.

The status widget listed every failed process by name forever, so a session with many failures pushed live processes off the line.
! N failedand■ N killedtokens once they are no longer pending — a fresh failure keeps its name visible until the nextCHANNELS.STARTED, then folds.pendingTerminalIdsinsetup.tsholds only the non-folded ids (add on terminal-non-successENDED, clear onSTARTED, pruned inhardRefresh); it is passed to the purerenderStatusWidgetas a 4th parameter.formatDoneSummary, using syntheticProcessInfovalues so the glyph (!error,■dim) matchesstatusDoteverywhere else.! N failed→■ N killed→✓ N done.Design per the approved (but never landed) plan from the Aug design session: two separate summary tokens for glyph integrity, not a single combined one.
