The suite was disabled with the datacenter runners and hardwired to the corporate registry. It is registered when SEN_INTEGRATION_TEST_IMAGE is configured, and the two x86 gcc legs build the runtime image and pass it in, so the tests run inside run_tests like any other. A step after the build asserts that the suite registered, because its tests are flaky-labelled and ctest is allowed to select nothing.
