プロジェクト情報の変更申請や、MDX運営・管理者・サポート担当の審査・承認・手動対応を発生させる操作を、AIエージェントの禁止事項として明文化します。申請の作成・送信・変更・再申請・取下げ・取消、問い合わせ送信・チケット起票を対象とし、CLI・直接API・Web・スクリプト・メールの全経路に適用します。
通常の実行確認では禁止を解除せず、運営側への影響が不明な操作は読み取り調査にとどめます。同梱スキルと参照仕様、AGENTS.md・CLAUDE.md、README・利用ガイドを更新しました。変更は運用ルールの文書化で、CLI実装の変更はありません。
