Summary
Consolidate all outstanding local CDK infrastructure work into one commit against
global-router-v2, scoped entirely toexamples/global-router/cdk/.The CDK tree is identical to the completed infrastructure stack (#17266, including merged #17270 and #17271), rebased as a single commit on the latest target branch. This supersedes #17266. Application/runtime changes and benchmark artifacts remain in their separate PRs. Fleet identifiers and credentials stay in ignored operator configuration.
Closes #17263. Part of #17269.
Validation
examples/global-router/cdk/; exact CDK tree match with the completed infrastructure branch. The local GPG key requires interactive unlocking; this commit has a DCO sign-off but no cryptographic signature. Full CI may require maintainer approval under the repository policy.
