I tried to compile with mingw32 and after calling configure , it threw the error:
configure: error: "Unrecognized platform i686-w64-mingw32."
I looked for the error message in the bash and it turned out to occur when the script is checking if I'm using Linux. I noticed that it checks for MinGW right after, so I commented out the parts checking for Linux and it worked just fine after.
