• What: Update .claude/memory/memory.md and .claude/memory/20260731-memory.md after the harness migration PR chore(harness): migrate legacy agent harness to native .claude/ structure #279 was merged.
• Why: Keep short-term state and long-term history aligned with the merge of the new Claude Code harness.
• Impact: No runtime impact; only agent memory files.
