Move the skills to adwarp-dev/paid-ads-skills - #48

The 11 adwarp-* skills merged into the 17 paid ads skills. Each old folder now holds a short pointer that sends the agent to the skill that replaced it, so existing installs, and the liam-* and gads-launch links, keep working until a future release removes them. docs/skills.md becomes the overview of the 17, with install steps, the 3 platform groups and the table of moves; docs/paid-ads-skills.md goes (the website redirects its page). The README, skills/README.md, the Claude Code and hosted docs point to the new repo, and skills/install.sh prints the new install command. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
