CoreSync 1.0.1 synchronizes SQL Server tinyint and time columns (and the PostgreSQL and MySQL equivalents) without changing the wire format. It also includes the SQLite RemoveProvisionAsync fix and the HTTP 410 signal for aged-out sync anchors.

Moves the CoreSync submodule from a3a4734 to v1.0.1 (9902bd4).
CoreSync 1.0.1:
tinyintandtimecolumns (and the PostgreSQL and MySQL equivalents). They previously failed withNotSupportedException: Type of value ('System.Byte') is not supported for synchronization. The wire format is unchanged, so older clients keep working.RemoveProvisionAsyncfix and the HTTP 410 /X-CoreSync-Errorresponse for aged-out sync anchors.Tested locally: the solution builds and CoreSyncServer.Tests passes 47/47.
