IMS Scope Updates

Overview

IMS scope updates must align with the IMS portal scopes. Any modifications must be confirmed, as they could potentially trigger a Critical Service Outage (CSO).

Current Clients Used on DC Milo

Below are the IMS client configurations for the Stage and Production environments:

• Production: IMS Client - Acrobat Milo Guest (Prod)
• Stage: IMS Client - Acrobat Milo Guest (Stage)

Validation Process

1. Before making any changes, verify that the required scope updates are correctly reflected in the IMS portal.
2. Confirm with the responsible engineering team before deployment.
3. Test updates in Stage before promoting to Production.
4. Monitor the deployment and ensure no service disruptions occur.
5. If issues arise, revert to the last known stable configuration.
