Supersedes dependabot PRs #103, #104, #105, #106 by rolling the Go-floor bump and the CI-action bumps into one reviewable change with one CI run.

What changed

  • go.mod: Go floor `1.21` → `1.26`, and `golang.org/x/time` `v0.10.0` → `v0.16.0`. x/time v0.16.0 requires Go ≥ 1.26, which is what forces the floor.
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: all four jobs now run Go `1.26`; actions/checkout v5→v7, actions/setup-go v6→v7, codecov/codecov-action v5→v7.
  • CHANGELOG.md: [1.14.0] entry.

Why a minor (v1.14.0)

Raising the minimum Go version is a consumer-facing floor change, so by SemVer this is a minor, not a patch.

Compatibility

trello uses x/time only for the rate limiter in client.go (rate.Every, rate.NewLimiter, throttle.Wait). Those signatures are unchanged at v0.16.0, so no source changes were needed. x/time v0.16.0 has no dependencies of its own, so go.sum gains only the two x/time hashes.

Closes #103, closes #104, closes #105, closes #106.

- go.mod: Go floor 1.21 -> 1.26 (required by golang.org/x/time v0.16.0)
- golang.org/x/time v0.10.0 -> v0.16.0 (closes dependabot #105)
- CI: actions/checkout v5->v7, actions/setup-go v6->v7,
  codecov/codecov-action v5->v7 (closes dependabot #103, #104, #106)
- CHANGELOG: [1.14.0] entry

rate.Limiter API (Every/NewLimiter/Wait) unchanged at v0.16.0;
no source changes needed.
go mod tidy on Go 1.26 requires the main module's go directive to match
the full 1.x.y form that golang.org/x/time v0.16.0 declares (go 1.26.0).
