Table header contextual menu popup is cropped inside document view #111

Describe the bug
The table's header contextual menu (opened by clicking the dropdown arrow) is cropped inside the document view which looks odd and may prevents reading the start of some text.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open to 'Sample table.md'
- Click on the dropdown arrow of Name header of the table
- See popup cropped on the left
Expected behavior
The popup should show over the gutter as usually in apps.

- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: irrelevant, I'm running a standalone app
- Version 0.9.0
Additional context
I just discovered the app and downloaded it... Actually I found several other layout issues (New card formatting buttons are shown vertically, cannot scroll Settings) so I think I'll wait for stable v1.0 to start reporting more bugs as there could still be many (that you may already know about anyway).

Thanks for the report. This is more a pet project, so I'm not sure when 1.0 will be. Feel free to report anything you do notice, and I can prioritize fixing it.

This should be fixed in the 0.10.0 release, feel free to reopen if needed. I did fix horizontal scrolling in tables not working, but the settings page you mentioned does scroll already.
