Spell out that agents fetch and report rates (Host does not maintain books), and ship CLI 1.0.40 with clearer quote_hook_missing / quote_unpriced logs. Comiclaw example keeps CNY stickers and converts before answering. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Document that agents only hit the provider when Host and valid local rates miss, and should age out local books. Example hook scrapes on miss, upserts cache, and honors COMICLAW_MODEL_PRICES_MAX_AGE_HOURS. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
