Transcript parsers aren't given the transcript's path #183

Agent::parse only gets the transcript's text. Gemini CLI transcripts don't record the working directory, so its parser searches ~/.gemini/tmp for the session to find the project root. Factory Droid's model sidecar is found the same way. Kimi Code's wire.jsonl has no session id at all, which is why Kimi is learned through hooks and has no backfill.

Fix idea: pass the path to parse, and use it for Gemini's project root, Droid's sidecar, and a real Kimi wire.jsonl parser with backfill (the session id is the directory name).
