Three apply_patch parsers ignore *** Move to: #174

The Factory Droid, OpenCode and Cline adapters each parse apply_patch bodies themselves, and none of them handles *** Move to:. A patch that renames a file records the change against the old path, so the procedure names a file that no longer exists and recall drops it. The Codex parser already handles moves.

Applies to the agent support in #149.
