Qwen Code /branch copies are learned twice #159

/branch in Qwen Code copies the conversation's records into a new session file, each with forkedFrom set. The parser doesn't look at forkedFrom, so the branch replays the parent's prompts, edits and passing checks and is extracted again as a second session: one piece of work counts twice as evidence. If the copied records keep the parent's sessionId, the branch also takes the parent's session id and their progress collides.

Applies to the agent support in #149.
