Cursor: the verify reminder restarts the agent after the user stopped the turn #156

Cursor's stop hook fires with status completed, aborted or error. The adapter ignores status, so with the verify reminder on, a user who presses Stop, or a turn that died on an error, gets a followup_message, which Cursor sends as a new user message, starting the agent again against the user's wish.

Applies to the agent support in #149.
