Setting up TAPES in a python Virtual Environment

Using python3 on Linux or windows:

• cd to the TAPES directory
• python3 -m venv tapes_env creating a virtual environment called 'tapes_env'
• source tapes_env/bin/activate Activate the virtual environment (.\tapes_env\Scripts\activate on windows)
• pip3 install -r requirements.txt --user to install dependencies (winrequirements.txt on windows)
• Use TAPES
• deactivate to leave the virtual environment
