P2 Badge Disable wrapping before capping the mobile dock

On narrow phones where the brand and link group exceed the dock width, the earlier @media(max-width:900px) { nav { flex-wrap:wrap; } } moves the links onto a second flex row. Capping the dock at 58px then turns its existing horizontal overflow into a tiny vertically scrollable/clipped two-row control rather than the intended horizontal scroller. Override the dock with flex-wrap:nowrap before applying this height cap.
