Keep pre-kind CTF index entries visible
Legacy ctf_blog/index.json summaries produced before content kinds were introduced contain only fields such as slug, title, excerpt, and tags, so they reach this keyword test without kind or ctf metadata. A valid writeup with a challenge-specific but generic title/tag (for example, “Baby Shark” tagged “misc”) therefore disappears from the new /ctf_blog catalog—and from the Astro CTF shelf using the duplicated predicate—even though its presence in the legacy CTF index already establishes its type. Treat missing kind as legacy CTF content or inspect the linked document instead of requiring one of this fixed set of keywords.

Separates the general Astro blog landing page from the CTF archive. /blog keeps the full mixed experience (recent items, systems notes, CTF shelf, webcomic), while /ctf_blog now renders a dedicated cybersecurity/CTF catalog only. Legacy entries are filtered by content type, CTF metadata, tags, and security keywords; blog/webcomic items are explicitly excluded. The Astro CTF shelf applies the same filter.
