This revamps the empty /blog surface into an interactive image-led blog hub and extends the local admin into a content studio.

Highlights:

• Blog nav: Home, Recently added, CTF writeup, Webcomic
• Sakura/cat-girl hero artwork and clueless-cat banner artwork committed under client/public/images
• Vertical card sections with empty placeholders, recent items, CTF writeups, systems/field notes, and webcomic wild-card modal
• /blog/ article route and existing /ctf_blog/ route
• Admin document types for CTF writeup, blog post, and webcomic card
• Reference blocks, table maker, Judge0 code, R2 media, and resizable drag/drop vector workspace
• Private admin defaults to the Tailscale API and diagnostics cover Tailscale, Google Drive, R2, GitHub App, local AI, and Vercel
• Scoped Google Drive create/upload/move/rename API inside the approved portfolio root
• GitHub App publishing supports ctf_blog, blog, and webcomic collections
• PR validation workflow added
