What changed

• Added a buffered Show MCP descriptions setting to MCP settings, persisted through the existing global settings mechanism and defaulted on to preserve current behavior.
• Applied the setting to MCP-supplied tool and resource/template descriptions in both MCP settings and chat.
• Kept names, resource identifiers and MIME types, parameter descriptions and schemas, server instructions, arguments, results, status, and errors visible.
• Added complete locale coverage and focused tests for schema validation, defaulting, persistence, state posting, buffered save behavior, and shown/hidden rendering.

Why this change was made

Verbose descriptions supplied by MCP servers can add substantial visual noise. Users can now reduce that clutter without disabling MCP capabilities or hiding functional metadata.

Impact

Existing users continue to see descriptions unless they turn the setting off. Saved changes update MCP settings immediately through cached state and chat through the refreshed extension state after Save.

Browser screenshots are not included because Zoo-Code's changed surface runs only inside the VS Code F5 extension host, while this task's browser target exposes only the documentation site.
