Fixes #7
The current PowerShell profile skips JetBrains PowerShell activation scripts. In PyCharm this causes the active virtual environment not to be activated when a new terminal instance is spawned.
Disclaimer: The below change has been tested and verified in PyCharm. Other IDEs in the JetBrains suite have not been tested.
