Extract the single meteorological profile from GDAS1 global dataset. If the GDAS1 global dataset is missing, it will automatically download it from the ARL FTP server.

WARN:
Don't use it intentionally to bring high traffic for the FTP server!!!

GDAS1_file_extractor (wuhan)

The executable file provides the functionality with auto-downloading and extracting the meteorological files for wuhan from ftp://arlftp.arlhq.noaa.gov/.
