Link a 4 KiB key/value parameter area into every eFEX image. The eGON
head describes it at +0x30 ("SKEP", addr, size, version) and ret_addr
points to it, so a host can patch the image or FEL-write the area before
exec and read results back afterwards.
- efex_param_load() validates the table once and applies UART, PMU TWI
(bus, clocks, pins), PMU rail voltages, DRAM/PSRAM parameters and
application values to the structures an app passes in.
- Apps report DRAM/PSRAM parameters, size and status; the eFEX entry
calls efex_param_finish() with main()'s return value.
- A rejected table keeps every default and reports status BADP.
- Replace syterkit_efex_result and its DRAM result helpers.
- Add tools/efex-param.py, docs/efex-param.md and the efex_param host
test.
Tested: all soc/*/configs eFEX defconfigs build warning-free (ARM
arm-none-eabi, sun252iw2 rv32 with Xuantie V3.2.0); make -C test host
passes. Not yet run on hardware.
Format all first-party C sources with clang-format 20 and the existing .clang-format. Add .clang-format-ignore so formatting skips: - third-party code kept in upstream form (kconfig, libfdt, FatFs, ELF headers, dt2c/dtc); - dts/include/dt-bindings, whose headers dt2c preprocesses for board.dts and which must not use continued #define lines; - headers included from assembly sources. No functional change: all 35 defconfigs build and every image is byte-identical to the unformatted tree; make -C test host passes.
