Small modifications

[proteomis]

On my system, I had to slightly modify the script.

Here is what I did:

Before running yum clean all for the first time

    pgdg14 \
    pgdg15
do
    yum-config-manager --disable "$repo" >/dev/null 2>&1 || true
done

Then

rpm -q epel-release >/dev/null || yum install -y epel-release

instead of

yum install -y epel-release

and:

wget -nv http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/gcc-9.3.0/gcc-9.3.0.tar.xz

because

--show-progress 

is not recognized on my wget version

The script worked and I can now connect remotely via SSH to my CentOS 7 server using VS Code
