Issue 11 - PR 1 - Middleware/controller and js cleanup

Summary

• MiddlewareNode/src/controllers/meetings.js and its corresponding folder are deleted, according to the requirements of Issue 11
• middlewareNode/README.md added with a short "Where code goes" section for another member (Deepesh) to work with. Route files handle HTTP only. Reusable or complex logic goes in utils/ or a domain service.js (for example, badges/service.js). There is no controllers/ layer.
• categorys.js unused imports have been removed.
